SAFEON Power Purifier ensures shipping of products sold through its website within a maximum of 30-45 working days. We make sure that product reach your house/place are functional and have no defects.

Return & Replacement

All the products sold through SAFEON Power Purifier website are usually delivered in person by our aligned partners near your house/place. Hence, there is no risk of product damage and any operational issues.

A refund will only be processed in the event that the goods are not delivered within the allocated time frame specified by the company. This policy is contingent upon the company\'s commitment to adhere to the stipulated delivery schedule.

 Users are eligible to claim a refund in the event that the device sustains damage during transportation. Alternatively, the company is prepared to replace the damaged product upon the users request, providing flexibility in addressing any issues arising from transportation-related damages.

  In the event of a product failure deemed non-repairable, the company will initiate either a replacement of the device or a refund of the corresponding amount. This ensures that users are adequately covered in situations where the product experiences irreparable issues.(only if the product is under warranty period)

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your orders with below applicable charges:

• Within 24 hours of placing the order: No penalty.

• Cancellation allowed only before shipping the order, once order dispatched from our side it can\'t be cancelled.
